One of my Passions is bringing Spiritual Balance into the Business World.  As I grow personally, you will see a Shift in my business practice as well.  Managing a Business can be Effortless if we listen to our Hearts.

If I look back, all the greatest Gifts in my life always came Unexpectedly. For this recovered Planner, embracing the Unexpected was well, Unexpected!

I’m the first one to admit that I lived completely in my Head. Every tiny decision I made was a very logical one.  It HAD to make sense.  My backyard was 100% concrete with no plants because it was maintenance free.  I’d go as far as asking my family and friends to book an appointment with me because it made more sense from time management perspective. Lighting candles in the house and bubble baths were simply wasteful in my eyes! If it didn’t benefit my businesses or maximize my Existence, I didn’t do.  Now, I think of it…I chuckle a little.  It was like I lived a robotic life.  Existence? What Existence?

By all means, I’m not saying it was all bad.  Being Logical has gotten me very far in life.  I know this is the main reason I was able to build my wealth so quickly.  But it came with much sweat and tears. Was I really happy? Was I truly wealthy? or simply a Robot with a fat checking account and no guarantee it’ll be around when I wake up in the morning?

Allow the Flow.

You may think I’m suggesting you light candles and say a prayer before each business meeting or hang a cross above your desk.  Nothing like that.  I’m not speaking of having rituals.  What I’ve learned is being in touch with my True Self, my deepest Desires, and really get to know my Message are the greatest Personal and Business Asset.

Wouldn’t it be cool if People start knocking on your door asking what you’re selling?

And whatever you’re selling, they want to buy?

Business can be Effortless when we are fulfilled on the personal level.  Wouldn’t it be cool if you can Give 100% of You to your Clients? to you Business?  to Yourself?

Bring Spirituality into Business also means to me that I choose to live my Truth- who I am, what I want 24/7.  I don’t turn it on or off based on business hours.  There’s no should or shouldn’t.  There’s just what feels right in this Moment. It’s about choosing Balance.  Giving myself the permission to show my Authentic Self in Business has been liberating.

You may say…Well, the whole World will fall apart if we do what we want all the time without care.  Yes!  We do have social obligations.  Here’s where I experienced much of my Soul Searching.  At what point do I say No (with Inner Peace and Love)?  When do I decide to choose Me instead of  daily Have-to’s?  As soon as I can answer these questions, making decisions are easy.

I struggled quite a bit with this one.  Here’s something I remind myself often:

I Lead with my Heart first, then Plan with my Head.

I now make my decisions with my Heart. No longer based on what makes the most logical sense.  I stand still and listen quietly of what I truly want, what feels right.  Then I add in the business sense little by little until I feel I have the right Balance for Me and my Businesses.  Embrace the idea that you can choose to change your decision at any time!  Trust and Allow…

Embrace your deepest desires.  Allow your Authentic Self to shine in a big way.
