Jennifer is an entrepreneur and a real estate investor with years of sales and marketing experience. She has successfully implemented her business knowledge to her investment portfolio. It has provided her the luxury to pursue her passion in life– helping others. Her desire of being a philanthropist has led her to activities such as being a full time volunteer director for a dog rescue. During her tenure, she was able to utilize her talents in fund management and help the organization maximize its potential. She reorganized operations from top to bottom while learning the ins and outs of the dogs’ medical needs. Besides animal welfare, she’s also extremely passionate about social causes such as empowering women, awareness on proper elderly care, and educating children on money management.

At the age of 31, she made the bold move of quitting her sales position at an office space design firm and focused on investing in real estate. Being her persistent motivated self, she accumulated a collection of real estate properties from residential rentals to commercial buildings. Along the way, she learned creative ways to find the funds necessary to make purchases, fix the toilet, handle legal matters such as evictions, and most importantly—grew spiritually to adapt to rapid changes. She has often proudly stated that she’s the President of her companies and also the Janitor. There’s nothing she will ask a person do that she will not do herself.

Being in sales and marketing for many years has helped her realize how much she enjoys and misses launching new business ventures. She has renewed her passion and dug up her hidden talent of being able to identify niches for business owners within the first few minutes of discussion. Now an Online Branding & Marketing Strategist, her current mission is to inspire and empower small business owners in this economic crisis with speaking engagements and private consultations. Her wish is that business owners all over identify their true passion in life, put their businesses on Auto-Pilot, and create Financial and Personal Freedom.

Like so many others before her, Jennifer attended the School of Hard Knocks. As a seasoned investor, she loves to help new investors and network with like-minds.
